TYPES OF MARKING SOLUTIONS

NEW ASPHALT (NEW LAYOUT)

New lot, new paint. Newly paved lots require our team to lay out the lot using on-board computers, lasers, chalking and other tools and technologies prior to the painting process and often follow the direction of blueprints. All lots are measured and striped to meet exact specifications.  

The lay-out process can take some time, as there are many laws and regulations involved. Laws may include a requirement of a certain parking stall size or an ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) parking requirement. These laws can differ from state-to-state. Our team of marking professionals ensure all lots are fully compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.

RESTRIPE / EXISTING LOT

Some parking lots already have painted lines, stencils, stop bars, crosswalks, etc. That’s where restripes come in. Restriping is the painting over, or repainting, of existing lines. If a parking lot has been neglected for too long, existing lines can become worn off completely and will have to be laid out.

Letter, Number & Custom Stenciling

In addition to line striping, most parking lots will require stencils; whether it’s numbering, lettering, arrows, stop, handicap, and even custom shapes or logos for restaurants and other businesses.

We provide a complete, full-range stenciling service package, including custom, made-to-order stencils for whatever projects you may find yourself in. We work directly with a manufacturer to meet any needs that may arise.

SPECIALTY STRIPING / PAINTING
